Shannon Duarte has been with Ingram Insurance Company since August of 2016. She graduated from Warren East High School in 2010 and completed 2 years at WKU. Shannon married her husband, Damian in May of 2020. They have four wonderful children, Aizen, Jacob, Isabella, and Izaiah. They also have two dogs, Rigby and Skips (named after The Regular Show) and one cat, Macaroni (Mac), named after Shannon’s favorite food.

Shannon has held many different roles at Ingram Insurance. She started in reception and became licensed in property and casualty insurance. She made her way into sales and is now working in account management helping existing customers out with managing all of their insurance needs from making payments on their policies to making changes to their accounts, and everything in between.

Outside of working hours, she likes to spend her free time finding fun things to do with her family, kayaking, reading, going to the movies or having gatherings with her closest friends.
