Madison Helton joined the Ingram Insurance team in June 2023, already licensed in health and life insurance. Since then, she has expanded her expertise by earning her property and casualty licenses. Madison has grown within the agency, transitioning from Account Manager to Retention Specialist, while continuing to support the health and life department. She also serves as the team’s go-to Medicare expert.

Born in Louisville, Madison spent her childhood moving between Fort Knox, Kentucky, and Fort Hood, Texas, and is the proud daughter of a U.S. Army veteran who served for 20 years. Her strong roots and values are reflected in the dedication she brings to her clients and colleagues every day.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time curled up on the couch with her beloved 14 year old boxer mix, Jasper. She values spending time with her family scattered across Kentucky and finds joy in painting, reading, gardening, and traveling to new countries. She also loves hosting themed game and dinner nights with friends.
